PLAYER INFORMATIONAL FORM:

• Please complete the 2025 Season PLAYER INFO FORM.

• Please complete the 2025/2026 COLUMBINE ATHLETIC REGISTRATION prior to tryouts. This is Columbine's NEW registration site (different from the Rschools site for any of our returning users). Everyone will need to create a new Arbiter Family Account to move forward with the registration process. You'll find the PHYSICAL form on this site as well. Registration, along with paid fees and updated sports physical, MUST BE completed to be eligible to attend tryouts.
